Lindsey Taylor, CFCM
Founder
A reliable and motivated contracting expert, Lindsey leverages more than 17 years of multi-disciplinary experience developing complex and highly competitive solicitation responses and navigating complex contracting challenges. She has cultivated a long-standing record of strategic wins in CONUS and OCONUS training, security, advisory, logistics, systems integration, and operations and maintenance opportunities. Prior to founding Impetus, Lindsey delivered precise proposal, pricing, contract, and program management support to increase the annual revenues of numerous multinational market leaders. Mentored by trailblazers in the security support services sector, her global experience includes more than seven years based in the United Arab Emirates with work throughout the Middle East and Africa. Dedicated to continuous professional development, Lindsey holds a Masters degree in Global Security from American University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from Old Dominion University, and has completed extensive federal acquisition coursework with the Defense Acquisition University. She maintains certifications from the National Contract Management Association (CFCM), Association of Proposal Management Professionals (CF.APMP), and Project Management in Development (PMD Pro). When she is not supporting the growth and success of Impetus' customers, Lindsey is usually working for her rescue cats.
